I love that you're wearing pink dishpan gloves. What are the long term effects I wonder of "cleaning up the neighborhood"? Do you ever get questioned while conducting these pieces? I absolutely love it!

Where in the world did you get that many soap bars to accomplish that?

You know what is really cool? You can actually say, "I'm going to wash my hands on a brick wall!"

Very few people could every say that.

I'm so glad you found such an obliging and crumbly brick wall.

Gorgeous. What a wonderful thing to do. The close-up reminds me of a Sean Scully composition.

i see you, sucka! i'm 'onna be in utah soon. let's be friends again. plus my mom made me eat soap once because I called my brother a butthole, so I know exactly how those walls feel... or taste... or both.

i see the word gorgeous has been used already to describe the melting caulkish wall, but that's what came up... i love soap. a lot.

Jared I have been tracking your movements the last three weeks on various blogs. I have noticed that in each entry you have only worn a jump suit. Mostly blue, but sometimes green.

i like the soap bricks. i've been looking at a lot of bricks lately...i can't help it...they're everywhere in my new neighborhood. there's something comforting in their repetition. anyway - merry christmas, mr. c.

this may or may not interest you but, I came across a sculptor named Monica Martinez in this months Beautiful Decay Magazine. she does some work with cardboard boxes that you might like. I saw it and thought of you. check it out if you get the chance!
